Osazemwinde Osunde serves as Managing Director of First Ally Advisory Limited, where he provides strategic leadership across capital markets, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction origination. He brings over 15 years of investment banking experience across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, with a strong track record in capital markets, structured finance, and M&A advisory.

Prior to joining First Ally Advisory, he served as Senior Vice President, Investment Banking at Argentil Capital Limited, where he led the origination and execution of transactions, with a focus on energy advisory and capital markets. He previously served as Group Head, Equity Listings at FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited, where he was responsible for the development of the FMDQ Equity Market strategy and worked closely with issuers, regulators, and market intermediaries.

Earlier in his career, Mr Osunde held investment banking roles at leading Nigerian investment banks, building extensive experience in equity and debt capital markets, M&A advisory, and transaction structuring. Having worked across both the advisory and exchange sides of Nigeria’s capital market, he brings a distinctive perspective on transaction execution, capital formation, and the regulatory environment.

Mr Osunde holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College Business School, London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
